The terms and conditions below are applying to all online sales between the Rugler Handmade Versatility and our contractors.
Rugler Handmade Versatility is unable to offer the unconditional warranty because all of our rugs are handmade.
We offer replacement or repair of a rug within 30 Days of purchase, if the product had a structural defect, and maintained according to our care instructions.
We replace the same rug if it's available; otherwise, a new rug with the equal value will be provided.
The warranty is not applicable if your rug is damaged because of inappropriate use, or incorrect cleaning, water or flood damage, chemical damage, general wear and tear after some years, fading due to sunlight
For claiming this warranty, you can email us, the invoice number and date of purchase, with a photographic evidence of the defect.
You can pay with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and Maestro; we accept all of these payment methods.
Product Size and Color:
All the products of Rugler Handmade Versatility are handmade, and the size may vary up to 10cm in length or width from the size shown. Colors may vary from the image displayed on our website, due to photography lights. If you need a product of specific size, please contact us via phone or email.
We display the current range of our products on this website and hold the stock of all sizes and styles of the product while it's active. Though, an item can be out of stock occasionally, if it, then it will be highlighted in your shopping basket. If the item you ordered is out of stock, but due in stock within two weeks, it will be shown as in stock.
If you place multiple orders and one or more item are out of stock, your order will be dispatched after all the products are in stock. We let you know about this, and if you want to split your delivery, we will manage it with additional delivery charges.
Placing an Order:
When you place an order to us it ensure that you agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you have any question, or unclear about the terms, please contact us before ordering.
For placing your order, you can call or email us. After placing your order, a confirmation will be received to you that your order has been received. Your contract with us will only exist after the order has been accepted and processed.
The orders accepted before midday will be dispatched on the same day and delivered within 2 working days. Orders which received after midday will be dispatched on the following day.
If you have any complaints, issues or queries about any of our product, purchased from us, please send us the email.
To receive your purchase in time for Christmas, make sure to order us for UK delivery before 17th of December, and for the international delivery till 15th of December.
Shipping to Different Delivery Address:
To deliver your order to an address which is different to your debit or credit card, we are pleased to arrange the delivery. But to ensure that your card is not being used fraudulently, we will contact you before processing the order.
We understand that most of the people are worried to provide personal data on the internet, especially the numbers of credit or debit cards. We ensure that any information you share with us will remain secure and safe. Rugler Handmade Versatility is a registered data controller in agreement with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us by sending an email or with a phone call, from placing your order until the 5 working days. Our contract with you may subject to cancellation in case of any natural cause, like war, lock-outs, flood, or any other cause beyond our control.
